The People Behind Performance Excellence
in Business

BMGI employs a global team of seasoned business executives, master consultants, subject matter experts, Lean Six Sigma practitioners, innovation authorities and change leaders. With operations on five continents in 13 countries, BMGI serves over 200 active clients around the world in nearly every industry.

For each client engagement, we hand select account team members, advisors and instructors based on their experience, industry knowledge and cultural fit.

While many of our staff work remotely or onsite with clients, BMGI maintains a corporate headquarters just outside Denver, Colorado for administration and operations, as well as a training center in downtown Denver.

History and Evolution
BMGI was co-founded in 1999 by CEO David Silverstein as a Six Sigma training and consulting organization. The company quickly gained a reputation for delivering some of the highest quality, most comprehensive and engaging training in the industry.

With innovation at heart, BMGI's leaders soon launched a series of technology products to support our customers. These products include:

  • eLearning - Interactive online training
  • Six Sigma Wizard - An online training support portal
  • eHandbook - An online handbook for documenting deployments
  • ProjX - An enterprise project tracking system (now called PowerProjX, for which BMGI is a reseller)

By 2003, BMGI introduced a robust approach to achieving business excellence, adding such methodologies as Lean, Design for Six Sigma and Innovation to our other successful offerings. These methods and their many associated processes and tools now comprise BMGI's Total Performance Excellence model.
