Over the course of five days, you will learn about advanced Lean tools such as SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), Kanban (pull systems) and TPM (Total Performance Management). In addition, you will explore in more depth basic Lean concepts including mistake proofing, visual control and 5S. Along with interactive lectures, you'll be able to participate in many hands-on activities designed to make learning more fun and improve retention.

Each participant will gain the individual skills needed to apply Lean practices at their work place and to recognize how this work fits into the larger roadmap for Lean implementation. The training combines lectures with exercises and simulations to give participants practice in applying Lean principles and experience to achieve results.

Who should attend:	The course is designed for MBBs, Black Belts, Lean practitioners and others from both manufacturing and service-oriented environments. Participants must have prior Lean training or experience. This program also qualifies as an elective in BMGI's Master Black Belt Certification program.
