ToolMaster - Transactional Workshop

Many businesses have found tremendous opportunity for applying the principles of Six Sigma to service-oriented projects. Consequently, transactional business processes are quickly becoming a principle target for Six Sigma work.

BMGI's Transactional ToolMaster Workshop is designed to complement traditional Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt training by teaching students advanced problem solving techniques that are especially applicable to the service industry. BMGI's curriculum provides practitioners with a number of new tools they can use to effectively tackle common transactional problems.
